Electric

EWP(Electric Water Pump)

s0204_img_3.jpg

The electric oil pump is operated by an electric motor and provides the necessary oil pressure and flow to the system. It can reduce transmission shocks, improve fuel efficiency and reduce car emissions by supplying oil to the transmission so that the ISG (IDLE STOP & GO) operates when a car with an automatic transmission stops.

EOP(Electric Oil Pump)

s0204_img_2.jpg

The electric water pump keeps the engine at the proper temperature by releasing the remaining thermal energy after generating energy from the combustion cycle. It works independently and actively regardless of the engine speed, contributing to the improvement of engine efficiency.

Motor parts

Engine Oil Pump

s0201_img_2.jpg

The engine oil pump transfers and circulates engine oil under the set pressure when the engine camshaft and piston slide and the bearing part rotates.

BSM(Balance Shaft Module)

s0201_img_6.jpg

The BSM not only minimizes vibration caused by the imbalance between rotating mass and reciprocating mass in the engine, but also works as an oil pump by having a built-in oil pump.

Engine Fuel Pump

s0201_img_5.jpg

The fuel pump supplies fuel from the fuel tank to the fuel injection system in the engine so that the engine can have enough fuel.

Engine Water Pump

s0201_img_4.jpg

The water pump is a centrifugal pump that operates via belts connected to the engine crankshaft. Transfers fluid from the center to the outside using centrifugal force during rotation.

TCCM(Timing Chain Cover Module)

s0201_img_3.jpg

The TCCM installed on the front engine is a part that protects the timing chain system and engine health information.

Transmission

AUTO TRANSMISSION OIL PUMP

s0202_img_2.jpg

The automatic transmission oil pump helps control the oil pressure in the transmission and supplies oil to the automatic transmission for lubrication.

PLANET CARRIER

INPUT SHAFT

s0202_img_3.jpg

The input shaft, combined with a torque converter, transfers power from the engine to the transmission.

chassis parts

AXLE ASSEMBLY

s0203_img_2.jpg

The axle assembly helps reduce unnecessary shock and vibration by controlling the up and down movement of the body and wheels using springs and dampers to improve ride. Additionally, the engine's motive power transferred through a drive shaft drives a disc and wheels.

BRAKE DRUM

s0203_img_4.jpg

The brake drum is bolted to the wheel hub so it can rotate with the wheels and stops the car through internal and external friction of the brake shoes.

BRAKE HUB

s0203_img_5.jpg

The brake hub is connected to both sides of a shaft with bearings and supports it so that the brake drum can rotate.

BRAKE DISC

s0203_img_3.jpg

The brake disc slows down a car and stops it.

KNUCKLE & CARRIER

s0203_img_6.jpg

The knuckle and bracket connect and support the suspension and brake systems, improve ride and maintain speed because they are connected with multiple links. Aluminum forging is applied for the first time in the country.
